The story
The challenge
Our first client - Hollow Men, the mystery shopping agency - wished to find out how real customers experience shopping wherever they go. And we had already a plan to do just that based on our trade marketing experience with many researches. Expensive researches, that very often showed unlisted products as present in stores and other signs that told us to find a way to really know a shopper 's experience while in store.
The idea
Create an app for both Android and iOS that would allow shoppers to send feedback directly to the store manager in order to fix an experience, solve a problem, praise an employee or simply send a suggestion for future experiences.
The results
Android and iOS mobile application enhanced by gamification to engage consumers in feedback sessions, while companies get a dynamic real time analyse of consumers feedback.
